Programs

Classes Ranging from Beginner to Advanced

Rebel Athletics’ programming is “individualized small group personal training.” Our programs are designed to allow each individual the opportunity to focus on strength, conditioning, endurance, and weightlifting. We offer different group classes because we know our members have individual goals and our coaches will help customize the daily workouts to help achieve those goals. We push cardio and strength training in our WOD classes and focus on form in our Weightlifting classes. Whether you’re brand new to training or an experienced lifter; our programming can be customized to fit your needs. 

Strength Training

Our strength training classes are taught by certified coaches who specialize in strength and conditioning workouts made up of functional movements performed at a high intensity level. Our WODs (Workout of the Day) feature variations of bodyweight movements, cardio, and weight lifting for predetermined amounts of time to help build optimal strength and muscle. 

These workouts are effective because they focus on amount of weight, distance, and speed, which help develop high power. We use a variety of different equipment and the WOD is different every day to optimize muscle growth and skill; boredom is never an issue! 

We also use Mayhem programming which prioritizes mastering skill and technique through high intensity WOD’s. No matter your level of fitness, experience, or strength, our WODs are all scalable. That means we can customize it to you, so your getting a good workout, using the same muscle groups, and gaining skill and strength in the same ways to reach your fitness goals!

Olympic Weightlifting

Our Olympic weightlifting program is taught by certified USAW coaches who have gone through extensive training and have combined multiple years of experience to be able to successfully communicate proper weightlifting technique, and assess your movements to be able to correct where necessary. Through intensive programming you will learn the progression and completion of the snatch, clean and jerk, and assistance lifts.

Our goal is always form and technique to avoid injury while gaining strength performing the Olympic lifts. Our coaches attend courses to keep their knowledge up to date in addition to regularly working on their own technique and performance.

So if your goal is to make it to the Olympics or even just competing at a more local level we can get you there! If it’s to gain strength to carry over to your sport of choice, improve your Olympic lifts for WODs, or even just try something new, our coaches can break it down so you can reach any goal you set your for yourself! 

KidsFit

Our kidsfit classes are taught by coaches who are certified to work with children and have many years of experience doing so. They will focus on introducing strength training with various equipment, mobility, coordination, and weightlifting in a fun, safe, structured, and competitive environment which always ends in games! 

We understand that the experience young children gain in mastering these small physical goals will carry over into their personal lives as they grow and develop both physically and mentally! So if your child is a football player who dreams of the NFL, a tennis player training for The Wimbledon, just a kid who has too much energy and needs an outlet, or you just want to help them get a healthy start for a better life; our kidsfit classes will be a great place for them to grow! 

And for those kids who love to compete, our Olympic Weightlifting classes can get them ready for multiple competitions that are held throughout the year… Either way we would love to have your child become a Rebel Kid!  

Masters/Bootcamp

MASTERS- Our masters class is specifically designed for individuals 55 years and older. The goal is to teach our strength training program through workouts made up of functional movements performed at a higher intensity level, yet at a lower and more gentle pace for aging bodies. 

BOOTCAMP- Our bootcamp class is specifically deigned for those who are new to working out and weightlifting. Here we take more time to break down the movements of our strength training program to the beginner level to give you the best start to your fitness journey!
