MASTERS- Our masters class is specifically designed for individuals 55 years and older. The goal is to teach our strength training program through workouts made up of functional movements performed at a higher intensity level, yet at a lower and more gentle pace for aging bodies.
BOOTCAMP- Our bootcamp class is specifically deigned for those who are new to working out and weightlifting. Here we take more time to break down the movements of our strength training program to the beginner level to give you the best start to your fitness journey!
Our WODs (Workout of the Day) for both MASTERS and BOOTCAMP feature variations of bodyweight movements, cardio, and weight lifting for predetermined amounts of time to help build optimal strength and muscle.
All of these workouts are effective because they focus on amount of weight, distance, and speed, which help develop high power. We use a variety of different equipment and the WOD is different every day to optimize muscle growth and skill in a safe, fun, and challenging environment.
